Printing Times

Some of our items are custom-made for you by our production partners! Once you've submitted your order, we will send the order to our partners within 24-48 hours. From there, your items will be printed and sent out within a few days.

Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for most of our products, based on the size of the item.

Custom-made Items: Once your item is printed, it is typically shipped out within 5 business days. Our production partners should furnish you with a confirmation email with tracking information.

On-hand items: For items we stock, we will send out your items via USPS within 3 business days. Tracking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive.

International Shipping: The Scroll & Quill offers international shipping, subject to flat-rates. Custom-made items may take longer to print and ship. On-hand items will be sent out within 5 business days. Tracking information is included in confirmation emails from both us and our production partners.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by supply chain issues, weather, or other factors.

Please note: Custom-made items such as t-shirts, mugs, glasses, and other products are printed at different locations and so will be shipped separately. If you order different items (for example, a t-shirt and a mug), you will receive a tracking number for each shipment and they will arrive to you separately, though possibly at the same time.
